Purchasing as a customer/member​

Do I have to sell oils and products?

Nope! The business is amazing but totally optional - over 90% of Young Living members just buy because they love the products and continue to use them regularly.

Do I have to buy monthly - or ever again?

Nope. (You'll probably want to though).

Do I get locked into anything when I purchase from you?

No. It is like buying from any other small business online.

But I don't know anything about essential oils...

No stress! I can plug you into a community with free online courses, information and ongoing support from likeminded people sharing tips, tricks and inspiration. Young Living have a wide range of premade products too!

Do I still get the 24% membership discount if I don't order products every month?

Yep! You most certainly do!

There is no monthly commitment when you place your first order and become a member. If you want to, you can literally just order your starter bundle and that’s it! A once-off purchase just like any other online store. If you decide you want more lavender in a couple of months' time, or want to try a new product in the next 12 months you can just pop onto your account and buy it at the wholesale price because you have the membership!

• No membership fees or renewal fees – simply purchase a minimum of 50 PV of product per year and your account stays active.

• No minimum order – order as often as you’d like, whenever you want to, at 24% off the retail prices.

• Although Young Living calls their wholesale customers “Distributors”, this does NOT mean that you are signing up to sell oils and there is absolutely no pressure to do so – ever.

• Member number – you’ll get a member number to share with friends. If they order using your member number, you’ll receive compensation if you join Essential Rewards and spend 100PV a month you will receive compensation for each purchase they make - indefinitely.

If you do think you'll be buying more regularly, or even if you want to place consecutive orders three months in a row (including your first order) then it is well worth joining Essential Rewards and saving up some points for free products. You will earn at least 10 points for your first order of 100PV or more. And then you also receive the benefits of being on Essential Rewards:

• I recommend Essential Rewards overdoing “standard orders” each month. Bundle all the items you want in your essential rewards order and get the free gifts on offer that month from YL!

• Ordering on Essential Rewards gets you 10-24% back in points each month. Use these rewards points to place a standard order at any time of your favourite oils, household staples, or treat yourself to something special! Points add up really quickly and help us to grab extra things we need, FOR FREE.

• No fees, no lock-ins, cancel anytime.

Nope! Run this business the way YOU want to.

Why should I start with you?

Whether you are switching your home to low tox or starting your very own YL business, I'm here to support you every step of the way. I have unique resources to plug you in to and really help you to get started on the right foot, with continued support along the way.

When I start the business am I in it alone?

No way. The beauty of this business model is that we rise by lifting others. You will have SO much support and resources at your fingertips. You need to treat it as a business and put the work in yourself yes, but if you are committed we have everything you need to succeed and there are so many women in our community who have successfully risen to the top promotions in the company - and then share their tips with you too!

But I don't know anything about how to use the products and essential oils...

I don't think I have the time

You can work this around your lifestyle and situation, you choose the hours, you choose when you work and where you work from. We have people in our community in all different situations and walks of life, from mothers of six, to single mothers, to uni students, or people who have closed their own small businesses or left corporate roles to pursue this full time.

Okay, I'm a little curious…

This business has enriched my life in so many more ways than just the health benefits of going low tox, and helping to empower other women and their families too gives me all the feels! I currently have availability to personally mentor two women each month.
